The NCC

The National Caravan Council (NCC) is one trade organisation representing the UK caravan and motorhome industries. They cover touring caravans, motorhomes, caravan holiday homes and residential park homes - all which are legally defined as a caravan.

Its member businesses cover the whole supply chain - manufacturers, retailers, distributors, park operators and specialist suppliers and services providers.

NCC Fair Trader Holiday Parks Scheme

We are also members of the NCC Fair Trader Holiday Parks Scheme. The scheme guarantees that customers will always be dealing with a business which has high standards of park facilities, the best customer care and always obtains a fair deal when buying a holiday caravan and holidaying in it. Under the scheme, you can be sure that:

1. We are committed to high standards of customer care and putting the customer first
2. All of our parks have achieved a minimum of 3 stars under the British Graded Holiday Parks Scheme, a national quality standard operated by Visit Britain, which assesses the quality and standards of the facilities on parks
3. Our parks comply with the Industry’s code of practice and leisure agreements which are fair, transparent and written in plain English
4. Our parks have been thoroughly assessed by an independent quality assessor and has met the scheme's strict criteria in full and they will be continued to be assessed at least every 2 years to remain in the scheme; the parks may be subject to unannounced periodic checks as well.

The BH&HPA

The British Holiday & Home Parks Association (BH&HPA) is the only UK organisation founded with the exclusive objective of representing and serving those who own or manage holiday, residential, tenting and touring parks. The Association is committed to lobbying and representing BH&HPA members' interests to government and policymakers at all levels. The Association's strategy is directed by park owners and managers to provide services tailored to the needs of the industry.
