Position - Assistant Accommodation Manager
Location - Cherry Tree, Near Great Yarmouth, Norfolk

Key responsibilities will include:
• To complete all necessary training required in line with company guidelines.
• To ensure the department operates within the Accommodation Manual.
• To ensure that the main complex and accommodation units are cleaned as and when required to the standards required on a 4 star park.
• To ensure that high standards of cleaning are maintained throughout the year by constant on-going training to your team.

• To ensure that the customer questionnaires/comment forms, are checked weekly.

• To liaise with reception on a daily basis for up-to-date booking information.
• To report any maintenance, structural and mechanical defects which may have an impact on the operation.
• Ensure all Health and safety documentation is completed and stored properly.

Position - Food and Beverage Manager

Position - Maintenance Manager
Location - Hayling Island

The Maintenance Manager will ensure the success and smooth running of Hayling Island Holiday Park by ensuring the highest standards of maintenance within the caravans, all indoor facilities and all external areas within the site are achieved, adhering to all Company best practice and legal requirements in order to provide a safe and attractive outdoor environment for holidaymakers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gaining feedback from customers and team members on the services and standards provided by the maintenance department and dealing with complaints
• Liasing with General Manager to ensure that Business priorities and objectives are being met
• Drafting maintenance schedules
• Purchasing goods and services in compliance with Company purchasing guidance in consultation with General Manager
• Providing feedback on performance and standards to General Manager, Reception and Housekeeping
• Recruiting, coaching and appraisal of Maintenance team
• Ensuring health & safety of customers and team members together with the security of the caravans and buildings serviced
• Overseeing and where necessary following up on the maintenance standards being achieved
Position - Maintenance Operative
Location - Torquay Holiday Park

Torquay is a lively holiday park just three miles away from Blue Flag beaches and close to the stunning English Riviera’s finest attractions.
As Maintenance Operative, you will assist the Maintenance Manager in maintaining all accommodation, main buildings and park property to a very high standard in order to exceed guest expectations.
Key aspects of the role are:
• To ensure compliance with delegated duties within Prime safety, health & safety of self, team and customers together with the security of the caravans and buildings serviced.
• To ensure that maintenance jobs reported to reception are attended to promptly.
• To fill in Prime Safety checks as and when required.
• To respect and leave accommodations clean after attending jobs.
• To report all breakdowns, breakages and damage to your Manager immediately.
• Ensure the security and safety of equipment at all times.
• To ensure that grounds are kept neat and tidy at all times, which will include gardening duties.

You will assist with ensuring that all caravans/accommodation are cleaned and prepared to the highest possible standards ready for letting by the required time on arrival days and that any issues raised are corrected and continuously monitored to effect improvements.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the cleaning of a section of the park
- Organising the rosta of staff
- Monitoring cleanliness and maintenance standards within the holiday homes
- Timesheet management for this section of the park
For this role you will require the ability to manage a team and be experienced in large volume operations. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team with a flexible approach to work. You will have previous experience of a similar working environment and excellent customer service skills are a pre requisite for this role, along with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Position - Catering Manager

White Acres is set in 184 acres of glorious rolling countryside, with 13 peaceful lakes and 5 miles from Newquays busy centre. This beautiful countryside park is home to national fishing competitions, amazing family entertainment and has gorgeous sandy beaches nearby.
We are looking for a Catering Manager to effectively and efficiently run the retail catering outlets on the park to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities include:
• To ensure that all ordering, delivery, storage and invoice systems are completed to maximum efficiency and as per company policy.
• Direct and co-ordinate all stock control/rotation and cash handling systems in relation to retail areas and report any discrepancies to Retail Manager.
• Participate in any corporate events, conferences etc. in a pro-active manner.
• To achieve and aim to exceed budgets set in relation to turnover, profit and cost controls, including wages and stock holding.
• To regularly review and develop retail areas to maximise sales and introduce / implement promotions as required.
• Prepare/Implement Staff Duty Rota ensuring they are communicated in good time.
• To ensure that the staff/health & safety notice board is read and updated regularly.
• To adhere to Food Policy.
• To Identify and develop all training needs within your departments. This will include induction, all company procedures / practices (e.g. Health & Safety, Walk This Way, Food Hygiene, Fire Procedures, Manual Handling etc.).
• To implement and ensure staff work to all notices in your work area.
• Assist stock takers with monthly stock take and act immediately on any recommendation.
