Who we are

Parkdean was formed with the acquisition of Trecco Bay Holiday Park in November 1999. The Group has grown through a 'buy and build' strategy and now owns 24 holiday parks throughout the UK. Parkdean offers:

Parkdean's head office is based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, employing approximately 120 full and part time staff. It is here that the central reservations office is managed, along with the finance and administration of the business.

Our memberships with industry leading organisations ensure our parks are kept in the best possible condition for holidaymakers and holiday home owners safety and enjoyment.
